This program includes personalized meditation instruction, recommended reading list tailored to the individual interests, and other support materials. Based on the latest neuroscience research, benefit from a customized one on one program to guide you to uncover the benefits of mindfulness. Learn how the biology of the nervous system can be changed through mindfulness meditation practices. This program may be of particular benefit for those navigating stressful changes, or contemplating new beginnings. Work with Beth to build a mindfulness meditation practice that makes sense for you and your day to day life at home and at work.
Suggested time commitment is 1 hour weekly or bi-weekly – place, day time based on individual preference, can includes weekends or evenings. The initial session is 90 minutes in length.
