Mindfulness – The Power of Awareness

Onsite mindfulness programming is a wonderful way to support workplace wellness, with a high degree of customization.

Comfortable standard office seating is helpful – no special clothing, props, or cushions necessary. Can be held in a dedicated space such as a boardroom or other common area.

The multi week program is structured with a weekly theme. Examples include de-mystifying mindfulness and meditation, stress reduction, latest science of the benefits of mindfulness, working with gratitude, balancing family and work, and integrating mindfulness into your day to day work and home life.

Many organizations choose to begin this exploration with an accessible 1 hour or 90 min introductory workshop – or series of workshops to introduce teams to the practice and application of mindfulness. It can be a great way to gauge interest and share some basic practices. De-mystifying mindfulness is an important step in raising awareness and interest.

Minimum number of employees for effective participation is 4 – no maximum.
