from time to time I offer a 6 weeks Mindful Awareness Practice (MAPs) class, created by Diana Winston, Founder and lead teacher at the Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC) at UCLA. This 6 week course meets weekly and offers up to 20 individuals 2 hours a week of instruction, supportive resources, and a chance to go deep with other curious members of your community. Open to all, this course can be offered online and in person.
Next start date in Halifax: Nov 1, 2023.
